A cloudy, windy day in Wenatchee turned out to be a perfect day to enjoy great views and the last of this year's huckleberries.

A warm day hike up to one of our areas most incredibly beautiful lakes!

It was a little early in the season for this trail, but did that stop us?! No way! Hiking through melting snow in the rain is fun!

Icicle Ridge, just outside of Leavenworth. It was a tough hike up with a lot of switchbacks, but not a long trail. Wildflowers and the view from the Plateau were well worth the effort.

A pleasant stroll to a pretty little lake. Water here really is warm in the summer. Had it been a nicer day, it would have been great for a swim!

Group hike to Lone Pine Canyon out near the Colockum. It was a muddy trail after an unexpected snow the day before!

Two incredibly gorgeous lakes and one monster climb to get there!

Starting on Mr. Sauer's land surrounded by art and climbing to views of Peshastin, Leavenworth, and Cashmere this hike was a flower-filled early season treat.

Spider Meadows is a popular starting point for backpacking trips high into the Cascades. We enjoyed our 5-mile-in hike to the start of the meadows. It was a perfect day - lots of sunshine, beautiful sights, and the bugs weren't even that bad.

A beautiful day for a stroll in the high mountains!

Perfect timing on this hike - right as the balsomroot and lupine were in full bloom. Started at the top of Horse Lake Road and hiked along the foothills to 5th Street in Wenatchee.
